CREATE FUNCTION has three distinct forms:

LucidDbCreateSqlUdf: creates a user-defined function implemented as a SQL expression
LucidDbCreateJavaUdf: creates a user-defined function implemented in an external Java method
LucidDbCreateJavaUdx: creates a user-defined table function implemented in an external Java method
